Although the screen is a seven-inch diagonal (17.7 inches), the Hauwei MediaPad weighs only 239 grams and is 7.18 millimeters thin. It seems that phone calls could be pleasant as well with this ultra thin tablet.
Screen resolution on this unusual pill is 1920 times 1200 pixels. Hauwei MediaPad has a quad processor Hisilicon Kirin 910 at 1.6 GHz. It comes with 16GB of internal memory (expandable with micro SD card) and two gigabytes of RAM.
The cameras are a bit unconventional for devices of this kind – the rear with 13 megapixels, f/2.2 aperture and Sony sensor, Exmor BSI, front camera with five megapixel lens f/2.4 20mm and autofocus.
Supports Wi-Fi and Cat4 Mbps LTE. The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh.
When it hits the market in March this year, Hauwei MediaPad should cost $548.
