Amazon's latest Prime Day event brings steep markdowns to countertop kitchen gear, headlined by price cuts on popular Ninja appliances and stainless cookware sets.
Leading the discounts is the Ninja Air Fryer DoubleStack XL, which was listed at $209.95 on Amazon in the United States when TechRadar reported the promotion on Wednesday. That represents a $40 markdown from its standard retail tag. For buyers in the United Kingdom, the dual-basket vertical cooker saw a parallel reduction of £60 on Amazon UK. The model stacks two cooking drawers vertically rather than placing them side by side, aiming to preserve counter space without forcing a reduction in cooking volume. TechRadar highlighted the appliance for maintaining strong cooking results despite that compact counter footprint.
Alongside the air fryer, the Ninja Creami ice cream maker also received a price drop. The appliance was listed at $169.99 on Amazon US on Wednesday, reflecting a 23 percent savings off standard pricing. Across the Atlantic, British shoppers saw a steeper relative cut, with the Creami priced at £153.89 on Amazon UK, representing a 38 percent drop. While the Creami has remained on store shelves for a few years, it remains a common target during sales events for households preparing homemade frozen desserts ahead of warmer weather.
Cookware deals extended beyond automated electrical appliances as well. An 11-piece set of GreenPan stainless steel pots and pans was listed at $119.99 on Amazon US on Wednesday. The bundle includes matching lids for every vessel. Steel cookware typically demands a couple of minutes of preheating and extra cooking fat compared to synthetic non-stick coatings, but the metal build tolerates dishwasher cleaning, high oven temperatures, and metal spatulas without degrading. For UK shoppers where the GreenPan bundle was not marked down, TechRadar noted that the Cuisinart Chef's Classic line serves as an equivalent stainless option.
Other specialized culinary items highlighted during the shopping period include the Ninja Kettle, which was discounted on Amazon UK on Wednesday. The appliance lets users dial in target water temperatures for different types of tea and pour-over coffee.
Not every recommended kitchen upgrade received an immediate promotional tag. The Tormek T-1 kitchen knife sharpener remained at its standard full retail price when TechRadar published its list on Wednesday, though the motorized wheel system provides an alternative to manual whetstones for restoring dull blades. Similarly, specialized breadmaking tools like the Brod & Taylor Bread Steel and the company's temperature-controlled Sourdough Home — which manages sourdough starters between 5 and 24 degrees Celsius, remained at standard prices.
Deal pricing during Amazon sales windows tends to fluctuate based on remaining retail stock and seller allocations.
