Flipkart was listing the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G at Rs 86,688, a 33% cut from its Rs 1,29,999 launch price in India, when Digit reported the offer on Monday.
Stack an additional Rs 6,625 credit card discount on top of that, available to shoppers paying with an Axis Bank or Flipkart SBI credit card, and the phone was working out to Rs 80,063 at the time Digit checked. That's the new round of markdowns landing after Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale wrapped up, a reminder that the retailer keeps revisiting flagship pricing well outside its marquee sale windows.
The S25 Ultra remains Samsung's top-shelf Galaxy S phone from its 2025 lineup, built around a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display running at QHD+ resolution with HDR10+ support and a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Samsung covers the front in Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass, and the phone runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired in this configuration with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It ships with built-in S Pen support, a feature that's stayed exclusive to the Ultra tier of Samsung's lineup.
On the back is a quad camera array: a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, a 50MP telephoto and a 10MP telephoto, with a 12MP selfie camera up front. The phone can shoot 8K video and handles 4K recording at up to 120fps. A 5,000mAh battery with fast charging support rounds out the spec sheet.
At Rs 80,063, the discounted price puts the S25 Ultra well under its original launch tag of Rs 1,29,999, though it's worth remembering that figure already applied an introductory offer rather than Samsung's full list price. Shoppers should check Flipkart directly for the live price and confirm which bank cards currently qualify for the extra discount, since these credit card offers tend to be time-boxed and can be pulled or revised without much notice.
Separately, Samsung has been working through its One UI 9.0 rollout across its device lineup. The company pushed the Android 17-based update to the rugged Galaxy XCover 7 Pro on Monday, starting in South Korea with firmware version G766NKSUBDZJ7, according to SamMobile. The update brings Quick Panel customization options, a location privacy indicator, DeX improvements and accessibility upgrades, and Samsung typically follows a home-market rollout with a wider release over the following days. There's no confirmed India timeline for the XCover 7 Pro update yet, since that model is a niche, enterprise-leaning device rather than part of Samsung's mainstream consumer lineup in the country.
