"Love Island Australia" season 8 premieres Monday, October 26, with a start time of 10 a.m. AEDT. For everyone watching the clock elsewhere, that's 11 p.m. GMT on Sunday, 7 p.m. ET on Sunday and 4 p.m. PT on Sunday.
Host Sophie Monk is back in the Fiji villa with 14 original islanders, among them a Gold Coast pair, Natalie and Jack, who apparently dated before the show and now find themselves coupled up in the same cast. On Channel 9 itself, the season airs nightly at 8:30 p.m. AEDT from Monday through Thursday, but each episode actually goes live on the free streaming platform 9Now at 10 a.m. The same day, hours ahead of the broadcast slot.
A companion strand, "Love Island Australia: Unseen. Uncut.", runs separately on Stan, which costs AU$9.99 a month.

For Australian viewers, there's no subscription required at all: 9Now carries every episode free from October 26. New Zealand gets the same deal through TVNZ+, starting a day later on Tuesday, October 27. Those are, as of now, the only two markets with a confirmed, cost-free way to watch season 8 as it airs.
Viewers in the US, Canada and the UK are stuck waiting. Hulu has carried the franchise in the US before, and Hayu and CTV have done the same in Canada, but none of the three had announced a season 8 date at the time this guide was published. The UK has it easiest in the long run, since the show lands free-to-air on ITVX whenever it does arrive there, but no date had surfaced either.
As for the cast, the lineup leans into the franchise's usual mix of big personalities. Jordan calls himself a "self-made international landlord." Phoebe says she burned through $70,000 of an inheritance in six months. Fitness coach Shawnee, diesel fitter Jarrar, tradie Keanu and model Merizel round out a group that also includes former Miss New Zealand Sammi and airline ground crew worker Natalie, who says she's done with "commitment-shy man-babies." Whether she and ex Jack can stand sharing a villa for 29 episodes is presumably the point.
No finale date has been set yet. But each of the past four seasons ran 29 episodes, and if season 8 follows that pattern, the run would wrap on Monday, December 14.
