Amazon cut $1,300 off the retail price of Samsung's Galaxy Book 6 16-inch Touchscreen Laptop, bringing the 2026 notebook down to $1,399.99 from its standard $2,699.99 sticker.
The discount, which represents a 48 percent markdown against list price, was listed on Amazon when Android Authority reported the promotion on October 6. The promotional pricing targets the US market, giving buyers nearly half off Samsung's large-screen Windows portable.
Hardware configurations at this tier focus on mainstream office multitasking and mobile productivity. The chassis houses a 16-inch WUXGA touchscreen panel running at a 1920 x 1200 resolution. It uses a taller 16:10 aspect ratio alongside a 120Hz refresh rate, giving users extra vertical space for documents and smoother interface movement.
Inside, the 2026 machine runs Intel Core Ultra Series 3 silicon, with options spanning Core Ultra 5 and Core Ultra 7 processors alongside integrated Intel graphics. Samsung pairs the chip architecture with 16GB of fast LPDDR5X system memory and a 512GB NVMe solid-state drive. On the software side, it boots Windows 11 Pro out of the box and carries Microsoft Copilot+ PC badges.
Samsung specifies the touchscreen laptop's carrying weight at roughly 1.84kg, keeping the profile relatively portable for a full-size 16-inch frame. Its power envelope is engineered for remote work sessions, with Samsung claiming battery endurance figures of up to 24 hours on a single charge.
Wireless networking relies on Wi-Fi 6E alongside Bluetooth 5.4 support. Audio hardware consists of stereo speakers tuned for Dolby Atmos playback, while remote meetings run through an integrated 2MP front webcam.
Laptops in this segment typically face steep price pressure from competing enterprise ultrabooks, making hardware markdowns common across seasonal retail cycles. Amazon has not posted an expiration timestamp for the temporary promotional pricing.
