Amazon rolled out steep discounts across major Android devices during its October event, cutting flagship phones, foldables, and freshly unveiled tablets to their lowest recorded figures.
According to tracking by 9to5Toys on Wednesday night, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra dropped by $420 at Amazon. The discount marked one of the largest straightforward cuts on the flagship handset since its debut, leading a broad sweep of price cuts across Samsung's mobile lineup as the sale entered its final stretch.
Foldables and New Slate Hardware
The reductions extended heavily into Samsung's foldable lineup. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 saw a $350 markdown at Amazon, while the companion Galaxy Z Flip 8 was listed at $235 below its standard sticker price. For shoppers looking at larger screens, Samsung's newly launched Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and Tab S12 Plus debuted with launch promotions shaving up to $650 off through Amazon, according to 9to5Toys. Those tablet offers also allowed buyers to take up to $105 off the official Pro Keyboard accessory when bundled together, along with combined savings on Galaxy smartwatches and wireless earbuds added in the same transaction.
Older tablet inventory saw substantial reductions as well. Last generation's Galaxy Tab S11 lineup dropped by up to $355, with entry configurations starting at $230 when the outlet logged the listings before midnight.
Pixel Handsets and Audio Gear
Google devices saw similar markdowns during the promotion. Handsets in the Pixel 11 series were listed at up to $300 off at Amazon, representing their steepest direct price cuts to date. On the wearable front, Google's Pixel Watch 5 received markdowns reaching up to $70 off, bringing starting prices down to $335 while also pulling the Steph Curry Edition variant to a fresh low price point.
Hardware from rival brands made the sale roster too. Lenovo's 4K Yoga Tab Gen 2 Android slate dropped by up to $227 and included a bundled pair of active noise cancelling earbuds at no extra charge. In personal audio, Nothing's over-ear Headphone 1 fell by $110, while the Headphone a was spotted at $129.
Amazon's fall retail window was scheduled to conclude at midnight Pacific Time on Wednesday, leaving stock levels and final discount availability subject to standard post-event inventory changes.
