PhysicsWallah has exited student lending entirely, selling its Rs 95.79 crore loan book to Auxilo Finserve. TVS Automobile Solutions raised Rs 425 crore for overseas expansion. AceVector — Snapdeal’s parent — listed 11.5% below issue price. VC funding in India fell 8.3% YoY in September, though up 15.5% MoM.
