Apple stopped selling the iPhone 17 Pro through official retail stores after launching the iPhone 18 Pro lineup in September 2026. Quick commerce platforms in India, however, are still clearing existing inventory at lower prices.
The 512GB variant of the iPhone 17 Pro was listed at Rs 1,39,999 on Swiggy Instamart when Digit reported the listing on Thursday morning. That configuration originally carried an MRP of Rs 1,54,900, representing a direct price reduction of Rs 14,901.
Additional payment incentives push the effective price lower. Shoppers paying with HDFC Bank credit cards could shave another Rs 5,000 off the order, while eligible no-cost EMI plans offered reductions of up to Rs 5,500. Combining the card promotion with the initial platform discount brings the total saving to Rs 19,901.
Stock levels on rapid-delivery services fluctuate constantly, and availability depends on the delivery location. When tested across multiple postal codes in Delhi and Noida, the platform offered the 512GB model in Cosmic Orange and Deep Blue finishes.
For anyone looking at Apple's Pro tier, the discount widens the price gap against the current generation. The newer iPhone 18 Pro arrived in India with a starting price of Rs 1,64,900 for its base storage tier, while the 512GB version of the 18 Pro sits at Rs 1,89,900. By contrast, the standard 256GB iPhone 17 Pro entered the market at Rs 1,34,900.
Hardware specifications on the older model remain capable for heavy workloads. The handset runs on Apple's A19 Pro silicon and features an OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Camera duties are handled by a triple 48-megapixel arrangement on the back and an 18-megapixel sensor on the front for video calls and portraits.
Local inventory at individual dark stores determines whether the deal shows up during checkout. Once existing warehouse stock empties out across metropolitan hubs, restocks of discontinued Pro units rarely reappear on instant delivery apps.
