Amazon rolled out steep cuts across dozens of Lego kits for its October Prime Big Deal Days event, discounting everything from budget stocking stuffers to interactive sci-fi builds. When TechRadar reported the promotion on Wednesday, October 7, price reductions touched several popular themes, including Star Wars, Botanicals, Harry Potter, and City.

The most notable markdowns landed on Lego's interactive lineup. The company rolled out its Smart Brick system earlier in January 2026, and sets bundling the tech have rarely dropped in price since. During the sale, the Smart Play Darth Vader's TIE Fighter box was listed at $55.95, representing a 20 percent discount. That bundle packages the Smart Brick alongside the buildable starfighter. Amazon also cut the Smart Play Luke's Red Five X-Wing package by 20 percent, bringing it to $71.99 with minifigures and brick hardware included.

Traditional Star Wars kits saw sharp reductions as well. A 1,088-piece Battle Droid build from The Phantom Menace received a 40 percent markdown, taking $56 off its standard tag. The 1,050-piece R2-D2 model, which bundles a Darth Malak minifigure and display plaque, was listed at $79.99 compared to its $99.99 retail tag. The Grogu and Hover Pram kit fell 20 percent to $79.99. For shoppers seeking mid-tier display models, the 25th-anniversary Millennium Falcon was priced at $67.99, while the buildable Star Wars opening logo fell to $49.99. Smaller entries like the Siege of Mandalore Battle Pack dropped to $18.39.

Botanicals and Pocket Money Builds

Lego flowers and plant collections saw widespread price adjustments throughout the catalog. The Botanicals Daisies kit dipped under $10, and a two-pack of Roses stood at $11.99. The 278-piece Chrysanthemum and the 274-piece Mini Orchid were each listed at $23.99, down from the Chrysanthemum's typical $29.99 rate. Amazon reduced the Lucky Bamboo display to $23.95, the Flowering Cactus to $25.55, and the 771-piece Succulents set dropped 30 percent from $49.99 to $34.99. The smiling Happy Plants set was marked down to $18.39, while the Magnolia Branches kit reached $39.

At the budget end, Lego City options saw deep percentage drops. The 65-piece City Police Motorcycle Chase was cut by 51 percent down to $4.89, bundling two minifigures with a small vehicle. A twin go-kart pack with two figures dropped to $8.99.

Larger collector sets also received trims. A 2,660-piece miniature Hogwarts Castle and grounds kit fell 19 percent to $136.99, while the Harry Potter Thestral Family kit was listed at $41.99.

These promotional rates require an active Prime subscription and remain tied to Amazon's seasonal inventory windows.
