Samsung has not commented. The Galaxy A38 is not launching this week. It isn’t shipping with Android 17. It won’t be sold in India or the US until after its European debut, if past A-series rollout patterns hold.

And it won’t have a headphone jack. That’s Motorola’s move, not Samsung’s.
