Where are screenshots saved on Windows 10 vs 11? Six paths, one key, zero consistency

Pressing PrtScn on Windows 11 now opens Snipping Tool by default — not copy to clipboard. Auto-save for snips arrived in build 2310. Game Bar screenshots go to Videos/Captures. Win+PrtSc goes to Pictures/Screenshots. And none of it is obvious unless you dig into Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.
