Acer Nitro V 16 drops to $1,399.99 at Best Buy — $400 off its $1,799.99 list price. The deal is live as of Saturday, November 2, 2026, per PCMag’s reporting. No end date is cited. It’s the only Nitro V 16 configuration confirmed on sale in this promotion, and the only one PCMag highlights as a ‘best laptop deal of the day’ for US shoppers.

This isn’t a clearance model or a last-gen refresh: it ships with an Intel Core 7 240H CPU, RTX 5060 GPU, 16GB RAM, and a 512GB SSD. The display is a 16-inch WUXGA (1200p) panel with a 165Hz refresh rate and up to 400 nits peak brightness. That spec set puts it squarely in the mid-tier gaming laptop bracket, above entry-level but below flagship-tier thermal and acoustic headroom.

PCMag’s Rami Tabari previously reviewed a ‘slightly different’ Nitro V and called it ‘real gaming at rock-bottom pricing’, praising how well it hides compromises while delivering tangible performance. There’s no mention of Indian pricing, UK pricing, or availability through Flipkart, Amazon India, or Croma. No Indian launch date, no Rs price point, no local retailer listing, just the $1,399.99 Best Buy deal.

The RTX 5060 is Nvidia’s new midrange mobile GPU for 2026, succeeding the RTX 4060. Its inclusion confirms this is a current-gen build, not a rebranded holdover. And while the Core 7 240H isn’t Intel’s top-tier mobile chip, it’s built on the same architecture as the Core Ultra 9 285H and tuned for sustained multi-threaded loads, including streaming and light content creation alongside gaming.

For context: the RTX 5060 in laptops typically pairs with 16GB DDR5 RAM and 512GB PCIe Gen4 SSDs across OEMs this year. So this configuration aligns with category norms, no downgrades flagged, no ‘base model’ caveats attached. What’s next? Best Buy’s page remains live.

PCMag says the deal is active, but doesn’t say how long it will last. Shoppers eyeing laptop deals should act before inventory resets or the discount vanishes.
