Amazon has brought back a 20% discount on Apple's AirPods Pro 3, pricing the earbuds at $199.99 shipped, according to a roundup published by 9to5Toys on Tuesday. That's roughly $50 off the $249 list price, though it's actually a dollar more than the price the same listing carried last week before briefly climbing back toward full price.

The discount lands at an interesting moment for Apple's earbud lineup. With the iPhone 18 Pro and the new iPhone Duo now shipping, Apple's cheaper AirPods 5 start at $129, or $149 with the wireless charging case. AirPods Pro 3 sit above both as the company's higher-end, more feature-rich option, and $199.99 is the kind of price that's made them a recurring fixture in Amazon's deals rotation over the past few weeks.

Apple Pencil and the iPhone Duo connection

Separately, Amazon is still listing the Apple Pencil (USB-C) at $69 shipped, only $10 off its usual price but newly relevant because it's the only Pencil model that works with the iPhone Duo, Apple's dual-screen device. 9to5Toys notes that several Apple retail stores have little to no Pencil stock on shelves right now, which has pushed more shoppers toward Amazon's listing. Buyers willing to consider a used unit can find Amazon Resale "Like New" Pencils priced at $58.78 shipped, though stock on those has been inconsistent.

Apple says the Pencil lets iPhone Duo owners "take notes, sketch, or mark up documents on either display," a detail that explains some of the renewed demand.

MacBook Air and Apple TV 4K deals

On the laptop side, B&H is offering a notable alternative to Amazon's own discount on Apple's entry-level M5 MacBook Air. The 13-inch model, configured with 26GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, is listed at $1,099 shipped, down from its regular $1,299 price. B&H is also throwing in Apple's 70W Power Adapter upgrade for free, something that normally costs an extra $20 at checkout and something Amazon's version of the deal doesn't include. Amazon's own listing for the same configuration runs $50 higher, at $1,149, according to 9to5Toys.

Apple's newest Apple TV 4K is also still discounted at Amazon, at $289.99 shipped for pre-order units, even as Apple's own direct pre-order page has pushed delivery estimates back to the first week of December. 9to5Toys notes it isn't a dramatic cut, and suggests shoppers who already own an Apple TV box might get more value from just picking up the new Siri Remote on its own.

None of these prices come with an end date attached, and Apple deal pricing on Amazon has a habit of drifting back toward full price within days, as the AirPods Pro 3 listing itself already showed once this month. Anyone holding out for a specific configuration, especially the Pencil given the reported stock shortages at Apple's own stores, may want to move before availability tightens further.
