Dell has brought its refreshed XPS 13 lineup to India with Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 silicon, adding more potent options above the Core 5 320 models that arrived in July. The updated machines start at Rs 1,80,990 and are already on sale through the brand's official web store.
The update focuses on raw performance and wireless standards while retaining the ultraportable footprint Dell introduced with its recent chassis redesign. It weighs exactly 1kg and measures 12.7mm thick, built inside an aluminium body sold in a single Sky finish. You get the minimalist glass touchpad beneath the keys and the capacitive touch strip across the top instead of traditional physical function keys, alongside an English International layout backlit keyboard.
Under the hood, all three new Indian configurations carry the Intel Core Ultra 7 355 processor. The chip features eight cores capable of reaching speeds up to 4.7GHz, backed by integrated Intel Graphics. Buyers can pair that processor with either 16GB or 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM, alongside 512GB or 1TB of M.2 PCIe NVMe solid-state storage.
The display is a 13.4-inch 2.5K InfinityEdge LCD touchscreen running an adaptive refresh rate that shifts between 30Hz and 120Hz. Dell rates the panel for 500 nits of peak brightness, full 100 percent DCI-P3 colour coverage, and Eyesafe blue-light mitigation.
Port selection depends on which variant you order. Dell fits either two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports or a pair of faster Thunderbolt 4 Type-C connectors. Both configurations get modern networking hardware, including Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE211 (2x2) and Bluetooth 6.0.
Power comes from a three-cell 52Wh battery, bundled with a compact 65W GaN USB-C wall charger. Dell rates the machine for up to 17 hours of continuous video streaming. The hardware also carries Energy Star certification and an EPEAT Gold Climate+ rating.
The pricing ladder climbs quickly. The entry build with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD sits at Rs 1,80,990. Bumping the storage to 1TB pushes the cost to Rs 2,00,990. The top-tier version, which couples 32GB of memory with 1TB of storage, retails for Rs 2,41,990. Every tier includes Windows 11 Home Single Language, Office Home 2024, and a one-year subscription to Microsoft 365 Basic in the box. Units are available immediately on Dellstore.com.
