Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition for the Nintendo Switch 2 has dropped to an Amazon-record low. The physical edition was listed at nearly 25 percent off on Amazon when 9to5Toys reported the promotion on Wednesday afternoon.
The listing covers the full retail package from developer CD Projekt Red. That means buyers get the complete base campaign alongside the Phantom Liberty expansion, delivered on an actual Switch 2 game cartridge rather than relying purely on an empty box with a digital download code.
Fitting a sprawling open-world title onto portable media has historically meant hefty compromises. When CD Projekt Red brought The Witcher 3 to the original Nintendo Switch years ago, shoehorning the role-playing title onto a single cartridge required massive compression and clever asset scaling. With Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch 2 hardware, the studio managed to deliver both Night City and the Phantom Liberty story add-on on physical media without forcing players to immediately clear out their internal storage for the bulk of the assets.
