Edifier’s Hecate GT3 earbuds are now available in China — priced at 265 yuan, or about $40.

That makes them one of the most affordable gaming-optimized TWS models to hit the market this year with hybrid ANC, Bluetooth 6.1, and a 48-hour total battery claim.

The GT3 sits inside Edifier’s Hecate gaming sub-brand, which previously focused on headsets and desktop speakers. This is its first foray into true wireless earbuds.

Each earbud houses an 11mm dynamic driver with a three-layer composite diaphragm: TPU for bass, PEN for mids (including voice clarity), and vacuum-coated titanium for highs. Edifier says the layering is designed to isolate frequency responsibilities rather than rely on post-processing alone.

Gaming features include Focus+, an algorithm that boosts directional audio cues like footsteps and gunfire, plus dedicated Music and Gaming modes. LLAT (Low-Latency Audio Transmission) is built in to keep audio synced with on-screen action, though no latency figure is quoted.

Hybrid ANC reaches up to -50dB, with three preset modes: Deep (maximum suppression), Comfort (balanced pressure), and Ambient (transparency). Four microphones per earbud feed into AI-powered noise reduction for calls and in-game voice chat.

Battery life is rated at 12 hours per charge for the earbuds, and 48 hours total with the case, assuming ANC is off and volume is held at 50%. A 15-minute fast charge delivers five hours of playback.

At 4.7 grams each, the earbuds carry an IPX5 rating for sweat and water resistance. They support dual-device pairing over Bluetooth 6.1 and connect to Edifier’s companion app, which offers touch control customization, six-band EQ, and ANC mode switching.

No global rollout date or pricing outside China is confirmed. The launch appears limited to the domestic market for now.

This follows two other recent Edifier audio launches: the We-Bass clip-on earbuds (12mm drivers, IP55, 20-hour battery) and, separately, OnePlus’s debut clip-on model with Dynaudio tuning and 40-hour battery life.

None of those models share the GT3’s focus on hybrid ANC depth or its gaming-specific audio pipeline, nor do they match its price-to-spec ratio in the entry-level gaming earbud segment.

The GT3 doesn’t replace the Hecate H1 headset or the older Hecate G1 earbuds. It expands the line downward, targeting mobile gamers and PC players who want lightweight, low-latency audio without stepping up to over-ear gear.

Availability is live in China as of November 7, 2026.
