That translates to 6 AM ET, 3 AM PT, and noon CET in France, Germany and Italy, all on the same day.

So yes: if you’re in New York and set up a NZ PSN account, you can start playing GTA 6 at 6 AM on November 18. That’s 18 hours before the official global release window closes, and 24 hours before the US retail launch date of November 19. Pre-loading begins November 12.
