Oppo has already put out the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max this year, but the flagship everyone actually wants details on, the Find X10 Ultra, is still months from existing. A fresh leak from Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, reported separately by Notebookcheck and Smartprix on Monday, lays out what Oppo is reportedly testing for the phone's camera system and display. None of it is confirmed by Oppo, and the launch itself isn't expected until the first half of 2027.
The headline spec is a 200MP main camera built around LOFIC, short for lateral overflow integration capacitor. It's a hardware trick that lets a sensor hold onto extra charge from bright light, so a single shot keeps detail in both blown-out highlights and dark shadows instead of relying purely on software to patch things together. The sensor in question, measuring roughly 1/1.12 inches, could be a Samsung HPA or HPU unit, a notch beyond the 200MP Sony LYT-901 sensor Oppo used in the Find X9 Ultra it launched in April.
The leak describes four rear cameras in total. Besides the main sensor, there's a 200MP ultra-wide, possibly the Samsung HP5 already found in the Find X10 Pro Max, and two separate periscope telephotos: a 200MP unit for roughly 3x optical zoom and a 50MP unit for 10x. That 10x sensor is still up in the air. Earlier reporting named the Samsung ISOCELL GNB and OmniVision's OV51A, both around 1/1.95 inches, as candidates, with a smaller 1/2.76-inch sensor kept in reserve in case supply becomes a problem. The Find X9 Ultra's 10x camera, by comparison, runs a 50MP Samsung JNL sensor.
