Oppo has barely finished rolling out the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max, and already the rumor mill has moved on to the phone above them. According to Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, Oppo is testing camera hardware and a display for the Find X10 Ultra, a flagship expected to launch in China sometime in the first half of 2027.
The headline claim is a 200-megapixel main sensor built with LOFIC technology, a design that widens dynamic range by holding onto detail in both bright highlights and deep shadows. DCS says it could be a Samsung HPA or HPU sensor, paired with a 1/1.12-inch sensor size that would put it among the largest phone camera sensors around.
That main camera is reportedly joined by a second 200-megapixel sensor on a periscope telephoto lens, plus a 50-megapixel periscope unit offering 10x optical zoom. Oppo is said to be weighing a Samsung ISOCELL GNB sensor or an OmniVision OV51A for that zoom camera, both around 1/1.95 inches, though a smaller 1/2.76-inch option remains a fallback if production schedules slip. An earlier report also mentioned telephoto macro photography as part of the package. Up front, the leak points to a 100-megapixel square selfie camera, still described as under consideration rather than locked in.
For the ultra-wide camera, DCS points to the Samsung HP5, the same 200-megapixel sensor Oppo already uses on the Find X10 Pro Max's ultra-wide lens. That would make the Ultra's wide-angle setup a known quantity even as the rest of the camera system stays in flux.
Display, chip and battery still unconfirmed
On the front of the phone, the tipster describes a 6.89-inch BOE panel running at 2K resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate, a combination meant to deliver both sharpness and smoothness for gaming and daily scrolling. None of this has been verified by Oppo, and DCS itself frames it as what the company is testing rather than what it has settled on.
The leak also attaches a Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset to the Find X10 Ultra, alongside a roughly 8,500mAh battery. Qualcomm hasn't announced that chip yet, so treat the pairing as a placeholder until Oppo or Qualcomm say otherwise.
Every spec in this report comes from a single tipster, and Oppo has not acknowledged the Find X10 Ultra publicly, let alone confirmed hardware, a price or a launch date. Component choices this far out from a release are also routinely swapped as companies chase better yields or lower costs. The Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max are already selling in multiple markets, so Oppo has time before it needs to lock down what sits above them. Expect more leaks, and probably some contradictions, before anything resembling an official spec sheet shows up.
