Nvidia's RTX Spark platform has officially reached retail shelves in the United States, bringing seven different flagship portables aimed squarely at creators and software engineers.
Hardware vendors including Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft and MSI launched their initial machines this week. Rather than targeting esports setups, these systems position themselves against Apple's MacBook Pro lineup. Reviewers have highlighted the platform's AI workflow muscle, anchored by Nvidia's N1X processor, dedicated graphics and unified memory architectures scaling up to 128GB.
The Launch Models and Retail Prices
Microsoft's Surface Laptop Ultra stands as the headliner of the group. The system pairs the N1X chip with up to 128GB of unified memory, a mini-LED panel and expanded port selection, carrying a starting price of $2,599.99 in the US with deliveries underway since October 16.
Asus is fielding two separate sizes in its creator series. The ProArt P14 arrives as the lightest ProArt notebook built to date, priced from $2,599.99. Creative workers looking for screen real estate can step up to the ProArt P16, which swaps in an OLED screen and starts at $2,799.99. Both Asus models also began US deliveries on October 16.
Dell sits at the upper end of the price spectrum with its revamped XPS 16. The notebook features a 3.2K OLED panel alongside Dell's lattice-free key layout, starting at $3,799.99.
Lenovo and MSI are targeting flexible form factors. The Lenovo Yoga 9n convertible started customer shipments on October 16 with a $3,099.99 base sticker. MSI is fielding the Prestige N16 Flip AI+, another convertible sporting a Tandem OLED display, which starts at $3,299.99.
HP is staggering its availability by a few weeks. The 14-inch OmniBook X 14 starts at $2,999.99, while the larger OmniBook Ultra 16 packs a 3K OLED panel starting at $3,199.99. Both HP configurations are scheduled to begin customer deliveries on November 4, 2026.
Workstations First, Gaming Second
While early tests show these systems handle demanding games, early reviews emphasize that gaming remains a secondary perk. The thermal profiles and hardware configurations target local machine-learning execution, rendering pipelines and heavy compilation tasks.
Neither Nvidia nor its laptop partners have announced official pricing or launch schedules for India or other international markets yet. With US inventory moving into customer hands now, global rollouts should clarify in the coming weeks.
